HK EDU INTL: Board committee changes announced

Bradaverse Education (Int'l) Investments Group Limited (HKEX:1082) has announced the resignation of Ms. Leung Sze Ki as independent non-executive Director, Audit Committee chair, Remuneration Committee chair, and Nomination Committee member, effective April 17, 2025, due to other career commitments. Simultaneously, Ms. Leung Lai Yan has been appointed as independent non-executive Director, Audit Committee chair, Remuneration Committee chair, and Nomination Committee member. Ms. Leung Lai Yan, aged 30, brings over six years of audit and accounting experience, including previous work at a Big Four firm. Her appointment is for a fixed term of three years with an annual director's fee of HKD96,000. The board expresses gratitude to Ms. Leung Sze Ki for her contributions. The current executive Directors are Mr. Yip Kai Pong and Mr. Li Ming Him, and the other independent non-executive Directors are Mr. Yuen Chun Fai and Mr. Hong Ka Kei.
