Dongfang Electric completes A-share issuance, raises over RMB4bn

Dongfang Electric Corporation (HKEX:1072) announced the completion of its issuance of A Shares to specific targets on April 14, 2025. The company issued 272,878,203 A Shares at a price of RMB15.11 per share. This increases the total number of issued shares from 3,117,482,123 to 3,390,360,326, with A Shares now totaling 3,050,360,326. The gross proceeds from the issuance amounted to RMB4,123,189,647.33, while net proceeds reached RMB4,116,565,363.01 after deducting issuance expenses of RMB6,624,284.32 (excluding tax). The shares are subject to a lock-up period of six or eighteen months for specific investors. Dongfang Electric confirms its public float remains compliant with listing rules.
