Cosco Shipping repurchases shares on Shanghai Exchange

COSCO Shipping Holdings Co., Ltd. (HKEX:1919) announced today that it repurchased 5,010,010 of its ordinary shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired through trading on another stock exchange. The lowest repurchase price per share was RMB14.13, with a highest repurchase price per share of RMB14.3. The total consideration paid for the repurchased shares amounted to RMB71,109,428.1. The company stated that the repurchases were made in accordance with Main Board Rules. Following this repurchase, 12,661,906,223 shares are issued, and no shares are held as treasury shares.
