Q Technology proposes auditor change from KPMG to Deloitte

Q Technology (Group) Company Limited announced its intention to appoint Deloitte as the new auditor, replacing KPMG, which has served the company for over 10 years. The proposed change is subject to shareholder approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. The Board cited good corporate practice in engaging a new auditor and deemed the proposed audit fee from KPMG for the year ending December 31, 2025, as not commensurate with the company's cost control strategy as key factors behind the change. Both the Board and the Audit Committee confirmed the absence of disagreements or unresolved issues with KPMG. The Board has expressed its gratitude to KPMG for its past services. The Audit Committee assessed Deloitte's competence and capabilities, including industry knowledge, technical expertise, and resources, before recommending their appointment.
