Prudential repurchases shares, management acquires shares through plan

Prudential plc (HKEX:2378) has announced the purchase of 260,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its previously authorized share repurchase program. Executed through Barclays Capital Securities Limited on April 11, 2025, the shares were bought at a volume-weighted average price of GBP7.3249, with the lowest price being GBP7.1720 and the highest being GBP7.3980 per share. The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 2,609,777,013.
