Poly Property Services completes H share full circulation

Poly Property Services Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 6049) announced the completion of its H Share Full Circulation, with the listing of converted shares commencing on April 15, 2025. The company received the necessary filing notice from the CSRC on January 27, 2025, and approval from the Stock Exchange on March 21, 2025. A total of 193,666,690 domestic shares were converted to H shares on April 14, 2025. Following the conversion, domestic shares now represent 37.289% (206,333,310 shares) and H Shares represent 62.711% (347,000,090 shares) of the total issued shares.
