China New Higher Education enters school cooperation agreement

China New Higher Education Group Limited announced that on April 14, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Xingaojiao Culture Development Co., Ltd., entered into a cooperation agreement with the Hainan Provincial Department of Education, Haikou Municipal People's Government, and Steinbeis School for Real Estate and Management Co., Ltd. The purpose of the agreement is to organize a higher education institution with independent legal status offering undergraduate and above education within the Hainan Free Trade Port. The Board believes this will leverage expertise, resources, and infrastructure, fostering collaboration and talent cultivation with a global perspective. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when trading the company’s securities.
