Chengdu Expressway proposes Li Xiao as non-executive director

Chengdu Expressway Co., Ltd. has announced the proposed appointment of Mr. Li Xiao as a non-executive director of the second session of the Board, effective upon shareholder approval at the general meeting. Mr. Li, aged 55, previously held various positions, including a recent role as full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee within the company, and prior roles in the Cangxi County government and audit bureau. As a non-executive director, Mr. Li will not receive directors' fees, in line with existing company policy. He holds no shares in the company and has no relationships with other directors or senior management. A notice of the general meeting, detailing Mr. Li's appointment, will be sent to shareholders.
