Beijing Urban Construction wins major project bids in Q1

Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Limited (HKEX: 1599) announced significant bid wins for major projects in the first quarter of 2025. The total value of these bids is approximately RMB609 million (unaudited). Projects in the survey, design, and consultancy segment account for roughly RMB321 million of the total, while construction general contracting projects represent approximately RMB288 million. Key wins include an EPC Project for Chengdu Rail Transit Line 27 Phase II (RMB5,529,810), Chongqing Rail Transit Line 17 Phase I Civil Defense Equipment Design, Manufacture & Installation (RMB3,298,740) and Design Consulting Services for System Upgrade, Renovation and Installation of Harbin Rail Transit Line 1 and Phase 2 Project (RMB3,224,390). The company noted that these figures are based on preliminary internal assessments and are subject to change upon final audit.
