Swire Properties discloses share repurchase on April 11

Swire Properties Limited (HKEX: 01972) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return reporting a share repurchase executed on April 11, 2025. The company repurchased 7,816,000 ordinary shares on the Exchange at HKD 16.26 per share. The repurchased shares were also cancelled on the same day, decreasing the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) from 5,779,316,400 to 5,771,500,400. The company also disclosed that repurchased from 3 March 2025 to 27 March 2025 were cancelled on 11 April 2025. The total aggregate price paid for the repurchases totalled HKD 9,350,280. Swire Properties holds a mandate to repurchase up to 585,000,000 shares, and as of the announcement, 83,299,600 shares have been repurchased under this mandate.
