Guangzhou Automobile Group announces board meeting date

Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. announced that a board meeting will convene on April 25, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited first quarterly results for the three months ending March 31, 2025. The results are prepared in accordance with the People's Republic of China Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. FENG Xingya, Executive Director, is the Chairman of the Company. Other non-executive directors are CHEN Xiaomu, DENG Lei, ZHOU Kaiquan, WANG Yiwei and HONG Suli. Independent non-executive directors are ZHAO Fuquan, XIAO Shengfang, WONG Hakkun and SONG Tiebo. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code HKEX:2238.
