Qilu Expressway announces executive director and chairman resignations

Qilu Expressway Company Limited announced the resignations of two key figures within the company. Mr. Liu Qiang has resigned from his position as an executive Director, and Mr. Wang Shenan has stepped down as chairman of the Supervisory Committee and supervisor of the Company. Both resignations are effective as of April 9, 2025, and are attributed to work adjustments. The company stated that both Mr. Liu and Mr. Wang confirmed they have no disagreements with the Board or the Supervisory Committee, and there are no other matters related to their departures that require the attention of shareholders. Qilu Expressway expressed its gratitude to Mr. Liu and Mr. Wang for their contributions during their tenures. As of the announcement date, Mr. Wang Zhenjiang serves as the executive Director, and the non-executive Directors include Ms. Kong Xia, Mr. Kang Jian, Mr. Wang Gang, Mr. Shi Jinglei and Mr. Du Zhongming. The independent non-executive Directors are Mr. Liu Hongwei, Mr. He Jiale, Mr. Wang Lingfang, Mr. Leng Ping and Ms. Shen Chen.
