China Development Bank Leasing enters USD200m finance lease

** China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (HKEX:1606) has announced a discloseable finance lease transaction. On April 8, 2025 (Brazil time), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, acting as the Lessor, entered into a Finance Lease Agreement. Under the agreement, the Lessor will purchase a Leased Asset, identified as a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, from the Lessee for a consideration of no more than USD200,000,000. Simultaneously, the Lessor will lease the Leased Asset back to the Lessee for a period of 96 months. The Lessee is TUPI NORDESTE S.À R.L.
