Xiaomi's share capital increases amid share option exercises

Xiaomi Corporation (HKEX: 1810) reported a net increase of 800,912,625 WVR ordinary shares (B) for March 2025, raising total shares to 21,400,689,407. This increase is primarily attributed to 6,514,100 new shares issued through the exercise of share options and 800,000,000 new shares involved through placing/subscription, partially offset by the repurchase and cancellation of 6,829,800 shares.
