Prudential plc executes share buyback on London Stock Exchange

The shares, each with a nominal value of 5 pence, were acquired in accordance with shareholder authority granted at the company's 2024 Annual General Meeting. The lowest price paid per share was GBP6.8760, while the highest price reached GBP7.2000, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of GBP7.1213. The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares, leaving 2,613,057,013 shares in issue. This figure represents the total number of voting rights in the Company.
