Central New Energy (HKEX:1735) signs MOU with Sama Tech

Central New Energy Holding Group Limited (HKEX:1735) has announced a non-legally binding MOU with Sama Tech Ventures L.L.C on April 7, 2025, to establish a long-term cooperation framework for information exchange and project collaboration in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The two-year MOU aims to facilitate decarbonisation efforts by leveraging Sama Tech's regional expertise and Central New Energy's technical capabilities. Sama Tech will offer guidance on UAE and GCC opportunities, while Central New Energy will provide technical support. The Board believes that this collaboration will be beneficial to future growth of the Group and will be in the interests of the Company and its shareholders.
