Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric to hold board meeting

Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. announced that its board of directors will meet on April 29, 2025, to approve the publication of the unaudited results for the Group, encompassing the Company and its subsidiaries, for the three months ended March 31, 2025. The meeting will also address other business matters. The announcement was made by order of the Board, with Li Donglin, Chairman, signing off on March 31, 2025, in Zhuzhou, China. The board comprises Li Donglin as Chairman and Executive Director, Shang Jing as Vice Chairman and Executive Director, Xu Shaolong as another Executive Director, and Li Kaiguo, Zhong Ninghua, Lam Siu Fung, and Feng Xiaoyun as independent non-executive Directors.
