Innovent Biologics appoints new nomination committee member, lead director

Innovent Biologics Inc (HKEX: 1801) announced that Ms. Joyce I-Yin Hsu has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee of the Board, effective March 31, 2025. Ms. Hsu will retain her other board positions and relevant board committee memberships. Additionally, Mr. Shuyun Chen has been designated as the lead independent non-executive Director. This role is non-executive and will not involve management responsibilities within the Group. Mr. Chen will retain other board positions and board committee memberships. The Board comprises Dr. De-Chao Michael Yu as Chairman and Executive Director, Mr. Ronald Hao Xi Ede and Ms. Qian Zhang as Executive Directors, and Dr. Charles Leland Cooney, Ms. Joyce I-Yin Hsu, Mr. Gary Zieziula, Dr. Shun Lu and Mr. Shuyun Chen as independent non-executive Directors.
