This decision follows six years of service by Dahua Certified Public Accountants LLP, aligning with regulatory guidelines advocating for auditor rotation. The board of directors believes this change will maintain good corporate governance practices and enhance the independence of external audit services, particularly concerning auditing experience with H-share listed companies.
