China Railway Construction Corp to hold EGM on April 29

China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (HKEX:1186) has announced it will hold its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on April 29, 2025, in Beijing to vote on the proposed re-election and appointment of shareholder representative directors for the sixth session of the Board. Key resolutions include the re-election of DAI Hegen as executive Director and GAO Lieyang as non-executive Director, along with the re-elections of MA Chuanjing, XIE Guoguang, and TSIN Wai Lun Kenneth as independent non-executive Directors. Additionally, shareholders will vote on the appointment of WANG Jun as an independent non-executive Director. The company has temporarily closed its H Share register from April 24 to April 29, and has asked that shareholders who are eligible return the reply slips to attend before Friday, April 25.
