China Merchants Securities appoints new director and supervisor

China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. announced the poll results of its first EGM held on April 7, 2025, where resolutions for the appointment of Ms. LUO Li as a non-executive director and Mr. HUANG Zheng as a shareholders' representative supervisor were approved. The company noted that 680 shareholders, holding 5,627,657,300 shares, representing 64.71% of total voting rights, attended the EGM.
