COSCO Shipping Holdings proposes executive director election, CFO change

COSCO Shipping Holdings (HKEX: 1919) announced the proposed election of Mr. XU Feipan as an executive director, subject to shareholder approval. Simultaneously, Ms. YU Tao voluntarily resigned as deputy general manager, and Ms. ZHENG Qi as Chief Financial Officer due to retirement, both effective April 3, 2025. Mr. XU Feipan has been appointed as deputy general manager and Mr. PAN Zhigang has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, with terms ending on the date of the first meeting of the eighth session of the Board. Mr. XU Feipan, aged 49, brings extensive experience in the shipping industry, while Mr. PAN Zhigang, aged 51, is the current chief financial officer and chief risk officer of COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. The company expressed gratitude to Ms. YU Tao and Ms. ZHENG Qi for their contributions.
