Archosaur Games reaffirms independence of director Ding Zhiping

Archosaur Games Inc. (HKEX: 9990) has issued a supplemental announcement addressing an administrative penalty decision involving independent non-executive director, Mr. Ding Zhiping. The company clarified that the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) did not indicate any dishonesty, fraud or integrity issues on Mr. Ding's part, nor has he been prohibited from acting as a director of PRC-listed companies. After careful assessment, the board (excluding Mr. Ding) has determined that Mr. Ding remains suitable to serve as an independent non-executive director, complying with Rules 3.08 and 3.09 of the Listing Rules. The company affirmed Mr. Ding's ability to continue performing his duties independently and that all other information disclosed in the original announcement remains unchanged. The announcement is made pursuant to Rules 13.51B(2) and 13.51(2) of the Listing Rules.
