RemeGen (9995.HK) approves Wen Qingkai as executive director

RemeGen announced the results of its 2025 second extraordinary general meeting held on April 2, 2025. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the appointment of Mr. Wen Qingkai as an executive director, with 217,911,121 votes for (99.8371%) out of 218,266,774 shares represented. The appointment took effect immediately following the EGM. Mr. Wen will also serve on the Strategy Committee. As a result of this appointment, the Board now includes Mr. Wang Weidong, Dr. Fang Jianmin, Mr. Lin Jian and Mr. Wen Qingkai as executive Directors, Dr. Wang Liqiang and Dr. Su Xiaodi as non-executive Directors, and Mr. Hao Xianjing, Mr. Chen Yunjin and Mr. Huang Guobin as independent non-executive Directors.
