Far East Horizon issues $500m notes due 2028

Far East Horizon, a financial services company, has published a supplemental offering circular and pricing supplement for the issuance of US$500,000,000 notes. The notes, with stock code 5491, are due in October 2028 and carry a fixed interest rate of 6.00% per annum, payable semi-annually. The company stated application has been made to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Notes by way of debt issues to professional investors. As of December 31, 2024, the Group's total net interest-earning assets amounted to RMB260.641 million. The issuance has been registered with the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). Linklaters and Tian Yuan Law Firm are listed as legal advisors to the joint lead managers for this issuance.
