China Zheshang Bank nominates Chen Haiqiang as president

China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. announced the nomination of Mr. Chen Haiqiang as President. According to the announcement, Mr. Chen Haiqiang was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. This decision was made by the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. The board of directors of the Company will complete the appointment of the President as soon as possible in accordance with statutory procedures. The announcement was made by order of the Board, with Lu Jianqiang, Chairman, signing off on April 2, 2025. As of the announcement date, the executive Directors of the Bank are Mr. Lu Jianqiang, Mr. Chen Haiqiang and Ms. Ma Hong, the non-executive Directors are Mr. Hou Xingchuan, Mr. Ren Zhixiang, Mr. Hu Tiangao and Mr. Ying Yuxiang, and the independent non-executive Directors are Mr.Wang Wei, Mr. Xu Yongbin, Mr. Fu Tingmei, Mr. Shi Hao and Mr. Lou Weizhong.
