Qilu Expressway proposes key director appointments at upcoming EGM

Qilu Expressway Company Limited (HKEX: 1576) has announced the proposed appointment of Mr. Duan Peng as an executive director and Mr. Gao Yongjun and Mr. Ren Wei as non-executive directors, all subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming EGM on April 22, 2025. The EGM, to be held via video conference in Jinan City, Shandong Province, will address these key leadership changes. The proposed directors' terms will commence upon approval at the EGM and extend until the expiration of the current board session.
