Dynagreen announces convertible bond conversion results for Q1 2025

Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (HKEX:1330) announced the results of convertible bond conversions and resulting share capital changes for the first quarter of 2025. A total of 212 shares were converted from "Dynagreen Convertible Bonds" between January 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025, amounting to RMB2,000. As of March 31, 2025, the cumulative amount of bonds converted into A shares of the Company totaled RMB126,000, resulting in 12,937 converted shares. The remaining amount of A Share Convertible Corporate Bonds pending conversion was RMB2,359,874,000, representing 99.9947% of the total issued amount. The conversion price has been adjusted multiple times, most recently to RMB9.35 per share, effective November 19, 2024, due to equity distributions. The bonds are convertible into A shares of the Company since September 5, 2022 and will remain convertible until February 24, 2028.
