China Boton appoints Wang Xinyi as executive director

China Boton Group (HKEX: 3318) has appointed Ms. Wang Xinyi as an executive director and member of the Nomination Committee, effective April 1, 2025. Ms. Wang, aged 27, holds degrees from Pennsylvania State University and Cornell University. Prior to this appointment, she served as a financial controller for Shenzhen Boton Group from February 2025 and also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her director's fee will be HKD20,000 per month, and her appointment is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election. The company also stated that Ms. Wang is the daughter of Mr. Wang Ming Fan, the chairman and chief executive officer, and a substantial shareholder of the company. The company welcomed Ms. Wang to the Board.
