PICC P&C announces final dividend and capital strategy

PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited (PICC P&C) has announced its intention to distribute a final dividend of RMB 0.332 per share for the year ending December 31, 2024, subject to shareholder approval, bringing the total dividend for the year to RMB 0.54 per share, including an interim dividend of RMB 0.208 distributed in December 2024. This distribution follows a financial year in which the company's original insurance premium income grew to RMB 538.055 million.
