Bosideng cancels 11m repurchased shares

Bosideng International Holdings Limited (HKEX:3998) disclosed the cancellation of 11 million repurchased ordinary shares on March 31, 2025. These shares, repurchased between March 5, 2025, and March 25, 2025, were cancelled at an issue/selling price of HKD 3.8638 per share.
