Qingdao Port announces final dividend, 6.3% profit increase

** Qingdao Port International Co. (HKEX: 6198) has announced a proposed final dividend distribution of RMB 3.141 per 10 shares (tax inclusive), amounting to RMB 2,038.8545 million, representing 45% of distributable profits for 2024. This follows an interim dividend of RMB 736.0907 million already distributed in December 2024. The remaining dividend will be paid on August 25, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 27, 2025.
