Ping An Insurance appoints Fu Xin as CFO

Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (HKEX: 2318) has officially appointed Ms. Fu Xin as its Chief Financial Officer (Financial Director), effective March 26, 2025. The appointment follows an earlier announcement on December 24, 2024, and is contingent upon approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA). This approval was granted via Jin Fu [2025] No. 181. The decision to appoint Ms. Fu was resolved during the 6th meeting of the 13th session of the board of directors. As of March 27, 2025, the executive directors of Ping An Insurance include Ma Mingzhe, Xie Yonglin, Michael Guo, Cai Fangfang, and Fu Xin. The non-executive directors are Soopakij Chearavanont, Yang Xiaoping, He Jianfeng, and Cai Xun, while the independent non-executive directors are Ng Sing Yip, Chu Yiyun, Liu Hong, Ng Kong Ping Albert, Jin Li, and Wang Guangqian.
