Livzon Pharma announces final dividend, LivzonBio capital boost

Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. (HKEX:1513) has announced a final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024, alongside a substantial capital contribution to its subsidiary, LivzonBio. The dividend, classified as ordinary, will be RMB 11 per 10 shares, subject to shareholder approval.
