Goodbaby International reports strong 2024 results, dividend declared

Goodbaby International Holdings (HKEX:1086) announced robust annual results for the year ended December 31, 2024, highlighting a 10.6% increase in revenue to HK$8.77 billion (2023: HK$7.93 billion). Gross profit rose 13.6% to HK$4.51 billion. The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.07 per share, reversing the absence of dividends in the previous year. Amidst these positive financial developments, Goodbaby also announced strategic governance changes, with the appointment of Wong Shun Tak as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Wong will chair the Audit Committee and serve on the Nomination, Remuneration, and newly formed Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committees. The company also established its ESG Committee and adopted its terms of reference.
