China Resources Gas announces final dividend, growth despite challenges

China Resources Gas Group (HKEX:1193) announced a final dividend of HKD 0.70 per share for the year ended December 31, 2024, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting on May 28, 2025. This brings the total dividend for the year to HKD 0.95 per share, including an interim dividend of HKD 0.25. Shareholders have the option to receive the dividend in Renminbi (RMB) at an exchange rate of HK$1.0 to RMB0.92319, with a currency election deadline of June 26, 2025.
