Nongfu Spring announces flat 2024 profit, final dividend

Nongfu Spring (HKEX:9633) today announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2024, reporting a total revenue of RMB42.896 billion, a modest 0.5% increase year-over-year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company remained relatively flat at RMB12.123 billion, up 0.4% from 2023. The board has proposed a final dividend of RMB0.76 per share, totaling approximately RMB8.547 billion, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting on May 20, 2025, with payment expected by August 27, 2025.
