China Resources Mixc proposes special dividend amid strong results

** China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services (HKEX: 1209) announced a special dividend of RMB 0.614 per share, alongside a proposed final dividend of RMB 0.643 per share for the year ended December 31, 2024. The final dividend represents a 33.7% year-on-year increase, leading to an increase of 5 percentage points in dividend payout rate to 60% for the year. The dividends are payable on or around July 25, 2025, to shareholders registered as of June 16, 2025, with the register closing between June 2 and June 5. Shareholders can elect to receive the dividends in Hong Kong Dollars or Renminbi.
