Archosaur Games revenue jumps 25.6% despite net loss

Archosaur Games Inc. (HKEX:9990) today announced its audited consolidated annual results for the year ended December 31, 2024, showcasing significant revenue growth alongside a net loss. The company's revenue surged to RMB1.14 billion, a 25.6% increase from RMB908.5 million in 2023, primarily fueled by the successful launch of "Dragon Raja: Cassell Gate" in Chinese mainland and the sustained performance of "Life Makeover". Gross profit increased by 27.0% to RMB826.0 million. However, the company reported a net loss of RMB287.2 million, slightly better than the RMB315.6 million loss in the previous year. Selling and marketing expenses increased by 105.8% to RMB565 million. As of December 31, 2024, the Group held cash and cash equivalents of RMB433.7 million. The company repurchased 6,563,000 shares during the year at a total consideration of HK$8,935,950. The Board has resolved not to recommend payment of any final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2024.
