China Southern Airlines: Director resigns, committee changes announced

** China Southern Airlines (HKEX:1055) announced the resignation of Executive Director Luo Lai Jun, effective March 21, 2025, due to work changes. Mr. Luo also served on the Remuneration and Assessment Committee and the Nomination Committee. The airline confirmed Mr. Luo had no disagreements with the Board or the Company. China Southern expressed appreciation for his contributions. The Board of Directors includes Executive Directors Ma Xu Lun (Chairman) and Han Wen Sheng (Vice Chairman and President), and Independent Non-Executive Directors Pansy Catilina Chiu King Ho, Guo Wei, and Zhang Jun Sheng. Five Board committees - Audit and Risk Management, Remuneration and Assessment, Nomination, Strategic and Investment, and Aviation Safety - have revised membership following the announcement. Pansy Catilina Chiu King Ho and Guo Wei remain on the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, while Zhang Jun Sheng continues to serve on the Nomination committee. As of March 21, 2025, the executive directors are Ma Xu Lun and Han Wen Sheng and independent non-executive directors are Pansy Catilina Chiu King Ho, Guo Wei and Zhang Jun Sheng.
