Xiaomi announces share and option grants to employees

Xiaomi Corporation (HKEX: 1810) announced the grant of 83,443,656 award shares to 3,877 selected participants, including employees and service providers, under the 2023 Share Scheme. Separately, Xiaomi HK granted 10,244,813 XMHK options to 62 XMHK selected participants, who are employees of the XMHK Group, under the 2024 Xiaomi HK Share Scheme. The award shares vest between March 20, 2025, and March 19, 2035, with the share price at HK$58.20 on the grant date, March 19, 2025. The XMHK options vest between March 20, 2025, and March 19, 2030, at an exercise price of US$0.1 per share. The grants aim to align employee and service provider interests with the company's long-term growth.
