China Hanking declares final dividend despite revenue dip

China Hanking Holdings (HKEX: 3788) announced a final dividend of HKD 0.02 per share for the year ended December 31, 2024, consistent with its dividend distribution plan. Shareholders of record on June 6, 2025, will receive payment on June 16, 2025. This dividend supplements an interim dividend of the same amount already paid, bringing the total dividend for 2024 to HKD 0.04 per share. The decision comes despite a year where revenue decreased by 17.96% to RMB 2.48 billion, primarily due to a drop in high-purity iron sales volume and prices.
