Sundart Holdings announces annual results for 2024

Sundart Holdings (HKEX:1568) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2024, showcasing revenue growth driven by its fitting-out business. Revenue increased to HK$5,996.8 million, up 9.8% from HK$5,461.3 million in 2023, while gross profit rose by 14.9% to HK$800.2 million. However, profit attributable to owners of the Company decreased slightly by 2.9% to HK$320.8 million. Basic earnings per share also saw a minor decrease to HK14.86 cents. The Board proposed a final dividend of HK6 cents per share and a special dividend of HK14 cents per share. Despite economic headwinds, the company secured large-scale fitting-out projects, while also maintaining healthy liquidity and gearing ratios.
