Ping An unveils 2025 long-term service plan

Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (HKEX: 2318) announced the implementation plan for its 2025 Long-Term Service Plan. The plan, approved at the company's recent board meeting, sees participation from 83,024 key talents who voluntarily joined. The total funds for the program amount to RMB 3,875,399.7 thousand, derived from employee remuneration. Directors, supervisors, and senior management account for RMB 9,810.00, thousand representing 2.53% of the total plan, while other employees constitute the remaining 97.47% with funds totaling RMB 377,729.97 thousand. The H shares of the company repurchased from the secondary market will be used.
