Guolian Securities rebrands to Guolian Minsheng Securities

Guolian Securities Co., Ltd. (HKEX:1456) has officially changed its name to Guolian Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd., following completion of registration procedures. The change, announced on March 18, 2025, includes updates to both the English and Chinese company names. The stock short name will be updated to "GLMS SEC" in English and “国联民生” in Chinese, effective March 21, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Hong Kong time. The stock code "01456" remains unchanged. Existing share certificates bearing the former name remain valid. The company confirms the name change will not affect shareholder rights.
