WuXi AppTec announces year-end dividend payout

WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 2359) announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB9.8169 per 10 shares, according to their year-end results for December 31, 2024. The total proposed dividend payout is approximately RMB2,835,113,437.82. The distribution plan is contingent upon shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, WuXi AppTec expects to pay the dividends to eligible shareholders by June 30, 2025. The board of directors is comprised of both executive and non-executive members, including independent non-executive directors.
