Modern innovative Digital Technology announces executive changes

Modern Innovative Digital Technology (HKEX: 2322) announced the resignation of Mr. Chan Chi Yuen as executive director and chief executive officer, effective February 10, 2025. Mr. Chan is stepping down to focus on other business ventures. Consequently, Ms. Zheng Juhua has been appointed as the authorized representative of the company. Mr. Lau Hoi Kit has been appointed as an executive director, also effective February 10, 2025. Mr. Lau, 28, previously a business manager at 仁瑞堂實業(深圳)有限公司 and general manager of Zhong Jia Securities Limited, holds a Master of Science degree in International Business. His director's fee is set at HK$50,000 per month, subject to review by the Board. Mr. Lau is the son of executive director, Ms. Zheng Juhua and has an interest in 246,416,000 shares of the Company.
