Huatai Securities Co. (HKEX: 6886) announced the resignation of Executive Director Yin Lihong, effective March 14, 2025. Ms. Yin's departure, attributed to work adjustments, also includes her role as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board. Huatai Securities expressed gratitude for Ms. Yin's contributions. The company stated that Ms. Yin Lihong has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board.
