Get Nice Financial Group to hold EGM on scheme

Get Nice Financial Group Limited announced it will hold an EGM on March 7, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. in Hong Kong. Shareholders will consider resolutions for a scheme detailed in the composite scheme document dated February 10, 2025.
