EPS Creative Health to replace auditor at EGM

EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited (HKEX: 3860) has announced plans to replace its auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, with Confucius International CPA Limited, pending shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM. Deloitte resigned effective January 28, 2025, due to a disagreement on audit fees for the year ending March 31, 2025. The EGM is scheduled for February 28, 2025, in Hong Kong. If approved, Confucius International will serve as the company's auditor until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. The board recommends shareholders vote in favor of the appointment.
